NovaContent (the "Service") is an AI-powered digital content generation platform. We provide tools that generate personalized digital content across cultural and entertainment themes, including content generation, creative writing assistance, and interactive follow-up sessions. All content is generated by artificial intelligence algorithms.

2. Accounts and Credits

• Users may purchase credit packages to use the Service. Credits are deducted only for new content generation requests.
• Reading previously generated content and basic help explanations do not consume credits.
• Credits do not expire for active accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store or process payment card information directly.
• If a generation fails or is not delivered, the credits used are automatically returned to your account.
• Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase by contacting us. Refunds for used credits are not available, as generated content constitutes delivered digital goods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or violates applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Content generated for you is provided for your personal creative use. The Service software, design, and platform technology remain the property of NovaContent.
